The American Museum of Natural History is one of the world’s preeminent scientific and cultural institutions.


The American Museum of Natural History approached eBay Enterprise for help developing and executing a robust strategic plan designed to accelerate their e-commerce growth. Working closely with our strategy team, we first defined AMNH target audience and then developed a consumer engagement strategy that spanned multiple touch points along the customer journey.

To help articulate the strategic plan, we provided recommendations around UX, content, photography, and visual designs that would better meet the needs of their customers today and tomorrow. I led the creative strategy and approach to reaching AMNH customers.
